General Responsibilities for Senior Interior Designers:
Meet with clients to understand and evaluate their needs and preferences
Develop design concepts and create detailed presentations
Select appropriate materials and finishes for projects
Prepare comprehensive construction drawing sets
Generate accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 designers
Candidate Profile:
Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD drawings, detailing, and interior construction processes
Ability to conceptualize designs considering feasibility, budget, aesthetics, and other relevant factors
Excellent presentation skills, including confidence in client interactions and clear communication of design concepts
Fluent spoken and written English
Professional and approachable demeanor
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred
Experience:
Extensive experience in residential and commercial interior design, with a focus on luxury residential projects
Hands-on experience in site execution and knowledge of construction systems
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
General Responsibilities of Our Interior Designers
Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project requirements
Develop creative design concepts and translate them into detailed presentation decks
Curate and finalize materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings in alignment with design intent
Prepare precise construction drawing sets and documentation
Generate comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Conduct site visits to review and monitor project execution and progress
What We’re Looking For
Technical & Interpersonal Skills
Strong command of AutoCAD and a solid understanding of interior detailing and construction methods
Ability to conceptualize and deliver designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, feasibility, and budget
Confident in presenting ideas, communicating effectively with clients, and managing expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A professional, approachable, and collaborative attitude
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred)
Experience
Proven experience in both residential and commercial interior projects, with a particular emphasis on luxury residences
Hands-on understanding of site execution processes and interior construction systems
Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience required
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom furniture details
Convert conceptual sketches and design briefs into precise technical documentation
Develop comprehensive and fully coordinated GFC (Good for Construction) drawing sets
Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with site and execution requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, drafting, and technical drawing
In-depth knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and construction techniques
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with designers and site teams
Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in drafting for interior design projects using Blender or similar 3D tools
